  Volunteer for St. Patrick's Day

    Upcoming Third Thursday 

Now Recruiting Volunteers to March in St. Patrick's Day With IJCC


The IJCC is delighted to sponsor the 30th St. Patrick’s Day Parade Tokyo hosted by NPO member Irish Network Japan (INJ).


We would like to invite our members and their friends and families of the IJCC to join us and walk together in the Parade! The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade is a fun, family-friendly event with marching bands, Irish dancers and musicians, Irish Wolfhounds and Irish Setters all decked out in green. Remember to wear something green on the day!


The deadline for registration is the 6th of March 2026.

To register to walk with the IJCC group, please fill out this form. Include your name, number of adults and number of children (under 15 years of age) in your group.

Third Thursday Business Networking - Shinnenkai Edition

 

Save the date! We are excited to announce the first installment of our popular Third Thursday series this year will take place on 19th February from 7pm.


To welcome in the new year, we are delighted to invite you to a night of networking and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere at one of Tokyo's renowned Irish pubs. Members and non-members welcome!

As always, we will be running our popular "meishi draw" raffle, so don't forget your business cards to be in for a chance to win some fantastic prizes from our sponsors!

EBC Panel Discussion on EU-Japan Regulatory Trends


The European Business Council in Japan is honored to be joined by the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Japan in marking Cyprus’ accession to the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.


This panel brings together leading practitioners from Europe and Japan to discuss how key EU regulatory developments—including digital governance, data protection, competition law, and compliance frameworks—are shaping global standards and influencing corporate legal strategy in Japan and beyond.

IJCC-BCCJ Joint Networking 2026

 

The IJCC are delighted to team up with the BCCJ to bring back our popular joint networking event - now for the first time at Ireland House, Yotsuya.

This annual gathering celebrates the ties between our communities and is an opportunity for members of both chambers to make new connections and strengthen their networks.
The event will feature remarks from an Embassy representative as well as a raffle featuring prizes from our generous sponsors. 

Please note that registrations for this event are strictly on a first-come first-served basis.

Mason & Curran Annual Art Exhibition in Dublin

The IJCC, represented by Dublin-based Director Dominic Keogh, was delighted to attend and especially to meet one of the selected artists, Misaki Parbrook. Misaki describes herself as a Japanese-Irish painter. She grew up in Ireland and studied at the National College of Art and Design (NCAD), and is now living in Kyoto. Click here to learn more!
